1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on ONYA, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use ONYA. Before you can create an account, you must affirmatively confirm that you are 18 or older. We do not collect or store your date of birth — only this eligibility confirmation. If you indicate that you are under 18, no profile, account, or questionnaire data is created or retained, and you will not be able to use the app at this time.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information during registration. You may not impersonate others or create accounts for fraudulent purposes.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant ONYA a licence to display that content within the app. You are solely responsible for content you share. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Harass, bully, or threaten other users
• Spam or send unsolicited messages
• Attempt to access other users' accounts
• Use the app for commercial purposes without permission
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. In-Person Meetup Safety

ONYA facilitates real-world meetups between users, and we do not verify user identities. Whether you're hosting or joining a Hangout, your safety is your own responsibility.

If you're hosting:

• Host in public, well-lit places
• Keep events welcoming and inclusive
• Remove participants who misbehave
• Report issues via the ··· menu

If you're joining:

• Meet in public, well-lit places
• Tell someone where you're going
• Trust your instincts — leave if you feel uncomfortable
• Remember that ONYA does not verify user identities

7. Privacy

Your use of ONYA is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please read it carefully.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through Settings.

9. Disclaimers

ONYA is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for content posted by users.
